Well, I love my daughter more than anything in this world... but to be able to come into work and actually work instead of, "Mommy, I'm hungry." [get up and get her some food] or "Mommy, I wanna drink of juice." [fill the sippy cup] or "I't s OVEEERRRRRRRRR!" (referring to the video that just ended and she wants to see another one - so I get up and wait for her to choose the next video she is going to watch.)Aaaaaaahhhh.... a sigh if relief. If I didn't have to get reports done or gather info for my boss or create a spreadsheet to show "whatever" - this would be sheer pleasure... and I would actually engage her in some games that we can play together.
That day is coming. Maybe sooner than I think...
